  1. One boneless skinless breast of chicken cut into small bitesize pieces
  2. 1 two-inch piece of ginger (crushed or grated)

  4. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive or coconut oil

Preparation:

Step Two:

Next, heat extra virgin olive/coconut oil in a large skillet or frying pan over low heat.

Step Three:

Remove chicken from refrigerator and brown for about forty minutes on both sides. Cut test to ensure chicken is completely cooked.

Add a dash of salt when done. While chicken is cooking, make sure to keep an eye on the seasonings.

The chicken’s natural juices will create a dark-colored sauce that brings out the flavor of garlic and ginger.
